We recently vacationed in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for a week. We spent the week watching Leatherback Sea Turtles, collecting shells, and swimming in the pool. It was wonderful. We got up early on our last day, and packed the car. After buckling in our three kids, my husband and I spent a moment enjoying the sunrise before starting our long trip home. I came home to a few unfinished mosaic projects, including this mirror, which I am calling Beach Sunrise.
I just visited Lighthouse Arts Center in Bucksport, ME. It is a beautiful 3 story gallery full of amazing artwork. They will be having an upcoming juried show titled Celebrating Earth Day and The World We Live In. The show will run until May 20th, and will be held on the second floor of the gallery. My work available is Lipstick Halibut, and Sunset Reflection. Be sure to check them out! The opening night is April 22nd from 5-8.
I am a glass artist from Maine.
